Designed in collaboration with Wheeler Kearns Architecture, this contemporary Chicago Greystone reinterprets a classic residential typology through a distinctly modern lens. Our interiors were conceived as a seamless extension of the architecture, creating spaces that are both warm and sophisticated while maintaining a strong connection to the home's natural surroundings. Every design decision was guided by a desire for simplicity, authenticity, and an enduring sense of comfort.

A restrained palette of active limestone, richly grained woods, and reflective glass tile lends warmth and texture throughout the home. Expansive wood-framed windows fill the interiors with natural light, framing unobstructed views of Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan while reinforcing the connection between indoors and out. Carefully considered detailing and custom furnishings enhance the quiet elegance of the spaces without competing with the architecture or the landscape beyond.
