Within one of Chicago’s most magnificent examples of Art Deco architecture, homes are often sought after as pieces of art unto themselves. Our client sought to create an urban getaway inside the historic Palmolive Building. We designed a fully bespoke interior featuring highly refined detailing and rich materials. The subtle shifts in palette and textures are illuminated by panoramic lake views.
