Our client came to us to refresh an in-town condominium at the Austin Proper Residences for their business and family college visits. Working with the existing layout and finishes, we layered in causal, family friendly furnishings and decorative lighting to define areas within the open plan living space, including a moody lounge perfect for game nights or an evening night cap. Textural upholsteries, softly patterned rugs and decorative finishes provide a nod to the southwest landscape through saddle leathers, burnished metals and varied wood tones to add warmth and depth to this multifunctional family getaway.
